For schools and agencies

Cooperation with schools and agencies

The cooperation covers finding, presenting and placing pupils and students for study abroad. It is governed by the Agreement on cooperation in study abroad with AuJob s.r.o. (AuCademy).

Who it is for

A school, educational institution or agency based in Slovakia or abroad that provides, arranges or organises a student's study abroad.

How the cooperation works

  1. Student profile without the name

We send you the student's basic profile: age, current studies, planned start, type and length of study, language level, preferences, budget range and other relevant criteria.

We share the profile only to the extent needed for a preliminary assessment of suitability.

Cooperation agreement, Art. 2.1; Art. 1.4
  2. Your consent

If you are interested in accepting the student and providing suitable services, you let us know your consent without undue delay.

    Cooperation agreement, Art. 2.2
  3. Agreement and invoice

If you confirm in writing your interest in the specific student and the terms of cooperation, you send AuJob s.r.o. the signed agreement and a proper invoice for a deposit of EUR 2,000 to client@aucademy.eu.

    Cooperation agreement, Art. 3.1
  4. Deposit within 10 days

AuJob s.r.o. pays a properly issued invoice within 10 days of receiving it, if the conditions of the agreement are met and the payment is covered by funds provided by the parent, legal guardian or adult student.

    Cooperation agreement, Art. 3.2
  5. Then the family's contact details

We give you the family's contact details only after the agreement is signed and your properly issued invoice is delivered.

With the signed agreement and the deposit credited, you take the family into your direct care as if they were your own client who has already paid you the deposit.

From then on you communicate with the family directly through your standard process, including requesting the documents needed for admission.

Cooperation agreement, Art. 1.4; Art. 2.2, second paragraph
  6. The deposit is deducted from the programme price

You set off the EUR 2,000 deposit in full against the programme price charged to the parent, legal guardian or adult student. This amount must not be charged to them a second time.

Your invoice to the family clearly shows the total programme price, the EUR 2,000 deposit paid by AuJob s.r.o. (AuCademy) and the final amount due.

Cooperation agreement, Art. 3.3; Art. 3.4

Other terms of the agreement

  1. After the introduction

After the introduction you take over the full agenda of the study or programme, including direct communication with the student and the parent: information about the programme, admission, documents, price, dates, accommodation, visas and other conditions of the programme.

Admission, the content of education, visas, accommodation and the final conditions of the programme are decided by you, or by the school or public authority concerned.

If the chosen school or programme is not available for any reason, you make reasonable efforts to propose and arrange a full alternative that matches the client's requirements and the original choice as closely as possible.

Cooperation agreement, Art. 2.3; Art. 2.4; Art. 2.5
  2. If the study does not take place

You follow the programme conditions announced in advance and the law when returning the deposit. If the deposit or part of it is to be returned, you return it to the client, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

    Cooperation agreement, Art. 3.5
  3. Costs and remuneration

Each party bears its own costs, unless agreed otherwise in writing for a specific student.

The agreement itself gives no entitlement to remuneration other than that expressly agreed for a specific student or in a written agreement of the parties.

Cooperation agreement, Art. 4.1; Art. 4.2
  4. Personal data and confidentiality

Each party processes personal data independently and only to the extent needed to assess and arrange the study.

If you are established outside the European Economic Area or process data outside it, a lawful transfer mechanism is agreed before any personal data is shared.

Both parties keep personal, financial, business and other non-public information confidential.

Cooperation agreement, Art. 5.1; Art. 5.2; Art. 5.3
  5. Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give about the programme, admission, price, accommodation, insurance, visa conditions and your services.

The student profile is provided in good faith, based on information from the parent, legal guardian or student.

Cooperation agreement, Art. 6.1; Art. 6.2
  6. Duration

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it by written notice with a one-month notice period.

The agreement can also be signed electronically.

    Cooperation agreement, Art. 7.1, 7.2; Art. 8.3

This page summarises the cooperation agreement. The text of the signed agreement is binding.
